Retailer Sessions

During these sessions I educate retail staff on all aspects of customer service. Personally I have witnessed a few scary scenes in various boutiques and high street stores where customers have been told they "look fab" and something "really suits them" when it actually looks dreadful.

I believe shop assistants should be honest with their customers without causing offence. If you expect to have repeat customers then you need to get it right!

During my session (tailor made for the shop in question), I inform the assistants about body shape, bringing balance, enhancing features, great colours, perfect sizing and most of all customer interaction. I will also give tips on shop fronts, window displays, enticing your potential clients in, and building up a customer database.
